fun times afw things about that..

Fun days fun times, Every day I thank God for the most amazing things and people in my life. I can start all the way from my coolest niece Amy who is my true homegal no matta what, that gal has got my back, and my cooler than cool roommate who I’m sure feels like she is back in campus (though she cleared like aaaageees ago ) from all the drama we experience together. All the way to my home boy that we have been thru soo many ups and downs together and still remain the closest bestest friends, good luck and all the best in his relationship now that he is married and I am still a fish in a not very big sea. I am slowly sinking under or being swallowed into nothingness as the days draw nearer and nearer. It has been such a cool year and I kind of realize that I am growing up like in split seconds just the other day I would crumble very easily over any little thing that would bite my ass n now im kicking ass like madddddddddddd.

I have taught myself so much, ironically enough. U knows the way the world would teach u enough lessons to last you a life time?? I guess it is complete opposite for me. I tend to throw myself into deep pits (kind of like the one Joseph and his multicolored coat was thrown in, and this time not in Egypt or anything like that). Usually you know when something can totally destroy you and that you should go the opposite direction from it but you still take time to actually experiment in it, I am that kind of person, hard headed to the core (I’m pretty sure this comes from my mother as much as she might deny this fact but it is true) and for me this is the best way I know for anyone to actually accept their mistakes, for them to really get themselves in and out upon their own actualization. It has been proven. Living proof right here.

Do you ever wonder how you will raise your kids?? I asked my best friend this yesterday, and all he said was that he will just make it fun such that the kids always want to hang out with the family. Practical. But do you always want to hang out with people that just make it fun, or people who you can mainly connect with on a different level due to the fact that you are more or less experiencing the same things and you are all In kind of the same bracket?? I’m jus wondering because this was my food for the soul this week wondering what kind of a person I am and what things I treasure the most…(what do u treasure?? Value??) It’s interesting the number of things that will pop into your head up until you have to narrow it down to life and death situations and all the other factors that go along with that like family, food alcohol or sex.

I really don’t have straight answers for any of the things I wrote on here today or asked, I’m still trying to figure them out as I glide through these rushing days on my rollerblades that have turbo installed in. Hopefully I will get to the bottom of figuring myself out before anyone else does (or are claiming to these days!! SHAME ON YOUZ!!!!! Yea I said YOUZ)

In reference to my dear 1 acre MIGINGO island

Kenya and Uganda have been at loggerheads over the almost one acre island of Migingo (on lake victoria) that is said to be in either Kenyan or Ugandan territory...(no one knows).
Sadly our governments take us for ignorant fools not to be in sync with the daily happenings behind all their secret dealings. could this have somthing to do with one of Ugandas bigshots probably in the LRM/A being held up in kenya? or is it due to Uganda losing significant revenue from fish exports largely due to declining stocks and smuggling?? i wonder....Anyway..Uganda infact has chosen the most ideal time to bring about this useless "war" considering Kenya is highly unstable politically and this is at its prime...

The whole migingo island skarmish has been taking over our lives and i think it is about time the Ugandans fighting Kenyans came clean on what the deal really is, is it all about the land?? this i learned from a very famous friend of mine, that, brothers and sisters, to show you that you don't have a peaceful revolution. You don't have a turn-the-other-cheek revolution. There's no such thing as a nonviolent revolution. The only kind of revolution that is nonviolent is the Negro revolution. The only revolution in which the goal is loving your enemy is the Negro revolution. It's the only revolution in which the goal is a desegregated lunch counter, a desegregated theater, a desegregated park, and a desegregated public toilet; you can sit down next to white folks - on the toilet. That's no revolution. Revolution is based on land. Land is the basis of all independence. Land is the basis of freedom, justice, and equality. (so i gess if you put this in context u will catch where i am getting at..)

My first day in the school of reality...

i woke up really early eager to get on roller coaster ride called life but i gess i must have missed it. im really wondering where the hell im going to although im eager..for real..iv been through the school of hard knock, and all them other ones but the one i am about to face...maaan nothing like it. i cant even find the words to describe how i am feeling right now after my new found discoveries after a weekend away..
